Dinner at Oxo Tower

It was Suki's birthday coming up so I decided to make a reservation to dine at Oxo tower.
This is also my first time dining at Oxo Tower so I hope it will be a good experience! :)

Her: Seeds of Change (Guava juice & Crushed raspberry shaken with lime juice & fresh pomegrate) 
Me: Cinnamon Banana Colada (Fresh banana with cinnamon &coconut syrups. Blended with almond milk & pineapple juice)


Now it's time for the food..don't go away!
I will start off  with her 3 course meal first.


Starter: Hot smoked salmon, heritage beetrots, dandelion and rye.


Main: Wild sea bass, squid ink linguine, razor clam and champagne emulsion.


Dessert: Poached pear, earl grey sponge and sorbet.
(This is from the Brasserie menu that I personally requested for her because she said she wants this particular dessert)

Now, here is my 3 course meal!


Starter: Slow-cooked suckling pig, fennel, apples, celeriac and cracking crumbs.


Main: Roasted grouse, grouse haggis, confit turnip and swede and mashed potatoes. (Medium Rare)


Dessert: Almond cake, chestnut mousse and thyme ice cream.
